Some users may experience delays when purchasing or renewing Microsoft email accounts through ReachInbox. This issue originates from Microsoft’s infrastructure and may affect account provisioning and authentication during setup.
At this time, new Microsoft mailbox creation and renewals may be delayed.

Existing Microsoft mailboxes are not impacted and will continue to function normally.
Microsoft is actively investigating the issue on their end and working toward a resolution. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
